Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Hand your parcel over at any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
